Wow, i wanna say that its been a while since i last wrote something in my xanga, and while its true, i say that every time i update. AND while i wanna say that i wont mention it... too late.

 

Anyways... on to the topic of the title.

 

End of the Fall semester of 2008. I can hardly believe how fast the time is passing now; i worry how it be like when I am 30, 40, to infinity and beyond. 

Academics: I did well this semester, expecting above a B in my classes this semester. which can only raise my GPA. 4 Classes a semester from now on is definitely worth it. It frees up my time to do other things.

 

What other things have I been doing this semester?

 

Well, this year definitely was a major toughy for serving God in KCF. I burnt out so badly this semester mostly due to my lack of reliance on the big G. Through this tough semester however I have learned a little bit more what kind of service to God that I fit. Officer, while I may have good ideas once in a while, I am not a steady worker, in that sense and failed to be consistent (mimicking my spiritual life perhaps?) I served in small group this semester. It was a train wreck. Not to blame Dan Kang for our failures, it was definitely a partnered failure 50/50. We both failed in struggling in prayer for our small group, and reaching out. Hopefully I wont have to be forced to serve again in small group out of lack of small group leaders.

 

End of Semester thoughts?

For KCF: 3 Girl Officers. No VP's. None of the new officers have been officers before, and though it seems like its going to be tough, I cant help but stand back and see God be glorified by the circumstances. Even Worship Team! I think I will be the first Bassist Worship Team Leader? Though I am kind of daunted by the task, Much practice will be had this break, as well as next semester, with the most simplest of basics, Singing and playing at the same time. I hope it doesnt take me too long to get the hang of it.

 

Haha, Good stuff. I am really thankful and glad to have seen many alumni's this semester, Daisy's baptism, Random visits, hangouts, surprise visits, Going Home, good stuff good stuff.

 

Other Random things I did this semester.

 

I gained weight. I weigh in at between 173-177 (average 175) at 5' 9.5" thats not a good body weight. especially looking at my frame.

 

Worked out and got a little bigger which probably might attribute a little to the weight gain, but most is fat. no seriously. you dont see me naked, but i see myself (not creepy... at all)

 

Played a basketball and improved my game

 

Watched lots of TV

 

Got owned in all the games I consider myself good at. List: Smash Bros Melee, Gunbound, Starcraft, among others.

 

Bought a lot of stuff. PSP/DS/Gameboy Accessories, Gaming Headphones, Plane Ticket to Cali, random other electronics and nicnaks.

 

Got a lot of (free) stuff: PSP, DS, Blackberry Pearl, BlueTooth headset, among other things.

 

I have 2 pairs of legit basketball sneakers. (Kobe2's and Reebok Pumps)

 

My car dashboard is lit up like a christmas tree (with warning lights and error lights)

 

Beat Pokemon Pearl, and Started Diamond. (clocked 20+ Hours within a week just on pearl)

 

and most of all...
